Michael p. Hahalyak, do

Michael P. Hahalyak, D.O. is a Board Certified family physician. As an osteopathic physician who performs spinal adjustments, Dr. Hahalyak has extensive experience in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions. For twelve years, he was the occupational health physician at the energy center of Westinghouse Nuclear, Monroeville. Dr. Hahalyak maintains a busy general practice at the St. Margaret Hospital campus, treating nearly all conditions and ages, including pediatrics, gynecology and performs office surgery.

Dr. Hahalyak received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 and then his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1981. Subsequently, he completed a family practice residency at Shadyside Hospital (affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh) in 1984.

A thorough and expeditious independent medical evaluation will be performed by Dr. Hahalyak at your convenience at his office located on the St. Margaret Hospital campus with flexible office hour appointments.

Dr. Michael Hahalyak joined the Center for Musculoskeletal Evaluations, Inc. in 2006 as an independent physician performing IME's and IME-related services. He is available to examine patients for musculoskeletal and occupational medicine injuries, as well as for general medical conditions.
