From Route 28 Rt. 422 E to West Hills exit (100 yards past Belmont, Rt. 268 exit).  1st exit after Belmont/Rt. 268 in West Hills.  Take this exit (West Hills) and follow hospital signs towards emergency department/Medical Arts Complex.  The office is in Suite 650, Bldg 600 in the far rear corner of the Medical Arts parking lot.
